if we only look at the functions. Both of them offers an annual calendar, while the 5905 borrows some of the aesthetics from the 5205. The latter offers a moon phase and 24-hour indication, while the former offers a chronograph and day/night indication. A day/night indication isn't as precise a 24-hour indication.
However, if we look at the calibers powering these watches, then there's no doubt that 5905 is the winner due to its integrated self-winding chronograph movement, which is controlled by a column-wheel.

5960p is now out of consideration due to availability and how much I can spend unfortunately. There is 30,000 difference between 5205 and 5905 black dial. I guess its down to those options today. This making my head hurt.
