Chopard

YES I did but it was rejected for two reasons

The L.U.C 1963 Collection was a 50th anniversary "gift" to Mama and Papa Scheufele who took on Chopard in 1963.

Thus, it had design motifs from that era viz. Roman numerals for normal time and Arabic numerals for chronograph displays.

Both the rose gold and steel Chrono versions had to maintain 12-H chronograph counters partly due to heritage but also because the 24-H counter is "reserved" for Jack Ickx (or Mr Le Mans) for his six wins at the 24H of Le Mans. [sigh]

I tried, I pleaded, I cajoled but Mr KFS did not waver.

Also I suspect that as they shared the same base movement, it would have taken too much resource to modify into a 24-H counter.
