Wow, that's quite a road trip, I'd love to be a part of that!
I've been in contact with the seller who has been really good in offering to take the watch back under warranty and have it looked at by his independent guy. Given the complicated nature of the DD module, this might turn out to be a challenge. Let's hope it's just a simple mechanical issue as opposed to a complicated mechanical issue....
It's going to be sad to have no Chopards in my life after meeting them both so briefly...
