Why don't you contact someone senior in Lange HK to discuss this instead of writing to the website email or Lange HK.
As you are a VIP, you probably have some relations or contacts with various Lange HK senior managers before and they may be able to help you in some way?
Generally in Asia, we have many rules as our service staff may not be so empowered. .. but in asia, we also work well thru relationships 
Good luck and I sincerely hope this does not affect your passion for Lange still. I only started with Lange very recently (just got to know them better few months back and just got a Dato this week) and so far it has been a great journey with the brand!
