So it's all about the bottom line?  Make a few bucks?  What about passion for watch and service?  I had free service before on other brands because I had good conversation with the watch maker.  Did you read Fricks post on his Patek experience?  Amazing.  And I actually never thought of Patek that way.


I'm not entitled to this of course.  Rules are rules.  But seeing a brand of this sort sticking to rules is simple amazing and very disappointing.
