I don't you need to be a super VIP of Lange to
be entitled to a decent treatment. Obviously you're not getting any and that's troubling coming from the brand. There must be something amiss here? Did you buy all your Lange pieces from new from Lange? If so, there's no reason your owner registration is missed. We're just puzzled.
I don't get super VIP treatment from my AD too, just a basic, respectable one which I'm contented. So I would expect a higher level of service from the boutique.
