Most of the SAAFs were destroyed - out of the 800 issued very few remain, there is also only a small number of the RANs, but it is an excellent design I think.
You may notice the case is the same as the Heuer 510.523 in my original post, except the bezel of course. Lemania had a commercial version of this watch with a world time zone bezel, the 'Lemania World Time'.
