to be honest I do not know the power reserve as I would have to check it... (it has a huge barrel, not only a huge balance)
For the speed I guess it is 18.000 (if I recall correctly) - it is a slow beater at the lower end compared to the El Primero at the upper end of the scale!
There are 2 philosophies behind:
1) small and light balance with high beat
2) large and heavy balance with slow beat
For the Cal 135 they choose the second option.
The balance is one of the largest used in a 13´´´ wristwatch movement - it has incredible 14 mm diameter!!!
Therefor the special construction with the off center minute wheel!

Thanks Eric, This obviously deserves a thread by itself, but I assume then that this movement would function chronometrically much better in a static environment (ie, off the wrist) and that it would be prone to disruption on a moving wrist with jolts. Ha...
