this is an interesting topic, cars and watches.
My first own car was a Fiat Uno. Small, fast and furious. Of course i had to add a decent sound system, with subwoofers and so on. It was worth half the cars price....i still wonder how i could spend so much money on that sound system, i could have bought a nice watch instead! Ok, George Michael sounded fabulous in the car, and the girls were impressed .
Later came Peugeots, Volkswagen and the first Alfa Romeo, a 156 sportswagen with the 2.5 L V6 engine. Red and great fun, just a bit thirsty. During the years in Shanghai, the company car was an Audi, nice , but nothing to get excited about. Back home in Switzerland , a had another Alfa for a while, but it was too small for the family, so I changed it for BMW 5 series Touring . Great V6 engine, perfect for the Autobahn in Germany.
Next year is time for a change, i am currently looking at either an Alfa Romeo Giulia or Stelvio, or an Audi A5 sportsback.
Cars and watches? Here we go:
Last year in Tuscany, Alfa Spider from the early 1960s. (not mine, unfortunately)
Enjoy the weekend and keep on following your dreams
