Owned a 2002tii (looks like a Lada, goes like a Porsche) and later an E21 323i that got thrashed tail out all over Europe. My bro still has an immaculate E36 328i Convertible & a modern 530D series estate. My father had quite a few 'shark nose' petrol beemers (as daily drivers among the Jensen's and 928's) - 5, 6 & 7 series and i learnt to drive in a E21 316. Wish I still had the Quattro, but i had it at an age where it wasn't very reliable / cheap to run and the Impreza was the opposite.
A BMW 3.0csl would be a dream car!
