The Vacheron is such a beautifully simple watch - with an outstanding movement. I’ve had this white gold one for many years. I must say that I do like the boutique only grey dial model, but had already jumped in when this one was released.

The Grönefeld is another one of my favorites. For the longest while I thought I’d go for the 1941 Remontoire- but the symmetry of the Principia won me over 😊

An under appreciated version of the watch with a good variety of sizes and even a chronograph option. There's also a chronograph with red accents that was made for the China market. So much more to explore than the Explorer! 🫢

As you probably know, the dial is silver but the reflection
of the light on the hands and markers turns it into champagne very often. I also liked the green dial but yes, I went for the silver cos it seemed more atemporal.
