Hello dear Holdemchamp! Here is my contribution to ...

... this so interesting thread devoted to our personal passions beyond watches.
I must admit that my wife is right when she says I have too many passions. But I guess collecting things with passion is something I carry in my blood.
Before arriving to serious watch collecting I devoted more than forty years to collect fountain pens and other writing instruments but my really big interest was collecting firearms and knives both antique and modern, shooting in both formal and informal practice, reloading ammo, etc.
I have been writing about these themes in Spanish with five large books published about different aspects of history of Knives, and a Reloading manual with many re editions in the last 28 years. I also wrote more than 300 articles for magazines in my Country, Spain, Brazil, USA and Spain about these matters. I also lectured about the same aspects.
During all this time I have accumulated a fairly large collection of objects and a huge library of related books as you will understand.
Regret I donβt have at hand good pictures of firearms but will post a few of my knives and pens here.
Iβm happy to know I share similar interests with several members of WPS as it shows along this thread.
Let me say that I also love so much traveling, reading and love classic cars. And collect some other objects related with scuba and helmet diving as well.
Now a few shots follow.
Have a nice and enjoyable weekend my dear Holdemchamp and friends here!!
Best
Abel
