It's really the best of both worlds. Automatic, daily use, no winding, still afforded an 80 hour power reserve (most automatics are around half that), a huge balance wheel and tourbillon cage with a more pleasing slow beat. Packaged in a generous sized case. It's got everything a critical watch buyer would care about. Dedicated in-house movement. This is probably my favorite Vacheron Constantin model currently.

To see the full transparency of the Tourbillion is amazing with the peripheral rotor technology is quite innovative. If you weren't looking closely you would have thought it was a manual wind due to no obstruction.
