It looks like a 4073 to me. Obviously a timepiece being sold at auction with no mention of redial is far from concrete proof that its original but just submitting it more to continue my development of knowledge for the brand.
BTW what references are both of those watches? The right one has a cal 454 I suspect.

I see a gold crown in these pictures? Interesting to note that a black wax was rubbed into the incised markers which hardened over time and is quite durable.
Yes the seller for some reason had the watch serviced a few years ago

Be very picky!
I suggest finding references that you like visually first and then learning everything you can about them. Once you are confident in your knowledge than choose a fine example of the reference you love.
