And, well, people using Sea Dweller watches did not use to take pictures of their watches on their wrists when the SD were first made right for that scope ;-)

less than 1mm higher than my Hublot Oceanographics
+1, very likely! This is an excerpt from their website:

It is indeed a killer

Thanks for the pictures!

It looks a cool watch but the current Deepsea is as big as my wrist will take. I also prefer the D-blue dial of the current Deepsea. Rolex are now winning the marketing war. Will Omega produce a watch that goes even deeper?
Very good 😀
By: GWIS : November 1st, 2022-15:35
And it would certainly be an impressive technical feat!
Interesting

Hopefully

My wish is that they respond with the real Ultradeep
you're correct
By: sschew : November 3rd, 2022-02:28
yeah 60mm is too big
This is so cool!
By: diracpoint : November 1st, 2022-13:50
Pure Rolex dive watch, rated to the deepest depth. No date window. Pure raw functionality! Even though it's pretty much unwearable, I don't think I care that much! 😍
most interesting release
By: keks : November 1st, 2022-15:25
look more like a concept piece to me but seems to be part of regular offering... but curious to learn how many they will allocate out. hopefully a sign they are moving in the direction of titanium going forward.... would love to see some of the regular re...
This is the weirdest Rolex release in a long time
By: andrea~ : November 1st, 2022-15:32
What I don't get is the wearability. Rolex usually cares a lot about how wearable a watch is, so I don't understand why they would ever make a 50mm experimental watch for the public. The titanium is cool and hopefully it will be implemented in more collec...
That is true
By: andrea~ : November 1st, 2022-18:15
I am curious to see how this model performs on the market... It is obviously appealing to the Rolex nerd who loves tool watches and likes the titanium, but the fact that it is huge makes it so unwearable that only a tiny percentage of enthusiasts will act...

Didn’t see this coming and still processing but very impressed!

Love the full RLX titanium and the technological prowess but, of course, disappointment with the wearability. Hopefully this represents a future metal option for other models or even, dare I suggest, a new titanium model altogether!? Thanks Rolex, a fitti...
It’s a very impressive watch
By: Drek : November 1st, 2022-17:22
I guess it needed to be 50mm otherwise they would struggle getting 36090ft- 11,000m of text on the dial!
Bevels!
By: Phaedrus29 : November 1st, 2022-18:46
Most interesting part to me are the polished bevels on the case!!! Will these be coming back more widely?
My jaw dropped when I saw the release and I like it!
By: ZSHSZ : November 1st, 2022-20:43
I remember when the Deep Sea Change was presented, how many people wanted a production model, so Rolex obliged, and gave us one. It is big, thick, and not wearable as a daily, but I would like to own it just for the engineering/technical achievement... It...
Finally..
By: Wristenthusiast : November 1st, 2022-21:59
A watch that will fit my ankle. I want this. It won’t fit me unless I wear it like a belt..but I still want it.
I understand the drive to demonstrate technical prowess
By: Boris : November 2nd, 2022-07:04
Up to a certain point, which is when the watch becomes completely unwearable by 99.9999% of the population. At which stage I just find it silly. Now, I am just waiting to read disingenuous reviews by the usual online publications highlighting how "surpris...
Finally!!!

Awesome watch-love it. I wonder if it's possible for a mere mortal like me to purchase?
