Definitely the Patek. But I would argue that it's pretty tough to find these Rolex sport models at retail these days, at least in Asia. You will probably have to pay a premium for a BNIB. J

As an owner of some of the PP you note, but not of any of these specific Rolex (but similar ones), I will say in this or similar cases then 4 always wins over 1.

If you get bored of Rolex, it's natural to wander off to other brands like Patek, AP, RM, etc. Based upon "retail pricing", Rolex wins hands down, UNLESS the watch is a ref. 5711/5712. If you want street value, I would say none of the above -> sell all ->...

Having owned or currently own most of your options I can say I value (not money but enjoy) my date sub as much as my Nauty. The 5711A is nice, but is not worth the fuss and I strongly feel in a bubble. Whose to say the ceramic panda Daytona doesn’t reach ...

The second hand Steel PP is way to overpriced imho . Although i am not a big rolex fan i will pick Rolex 👍🏻

I'd love a steel Patek, even over list price. But the Rolexes have much more interesting complications (I love dual times). If it was the 5990, it would be a clear winner for me but otherwise the Patek wins the style/quality battle while Rolex gets the fu...

how many sporty watches do you have in your current collection. If “only” this 4, I won’t let them go for the Nautilus. If much more, than maybe, but only if you bought the Rollies for list price... I think the 4 Rolexes have a bit more market value at th... 

I take that as a toss up so awards to both brands each with their own merits. The range of prices for the models listed are huge, which explains the uncertainty and testing of the supply/demand. I’m assuming if a person can own either, what’s his/her pref...

Nautilus doesn't do much for me. If it was a different patek, depending on the model, my answer would be different. but in this case it's rolex..

The price range is quite large so average it out will be still almost similar even I use secondary market for the 4 Rolexes. Thank you 🙏🏻
