Comprehensive and indispensable comments

Fantastic Bill. Really captures the heart pif what we currently see as vintage. I wonder whether watches, like cars, develop a strata of agedness? For cars it goes, modern, classic vintage. For watches, do we distinguish between what you define here as "vintage" and the watches that are much older....ie pre-1950s?

I am also guessing that what we define as "vintage" today will change with time......what will we see as vintage in 30 years time?!

Great piece...i really enjoyed reading it.
