Patek Philippe

Patek approaches from a conservative angle.

Probably arguably a too-safe angle. Breguet actually takes more risks sometimes than Patek Philippe - a lot of silicon parts in Breguet at all price levels. Also, Breguet has put in a lot of state-of-the-art new technology into their very classic watches whereas Patek Philippe has been slow to adopt this. I'm still surprised by Breguet's magnetic pivots in a 10HZ machine.
