Patek Philippe

Are all modern pateks finished to the same grade?

To my untrained eye, this doesn't seem so. The anglage on something like a minute repeater seems much wider and rounder than on something like a 6119.
Likewise, I'm not sure if the lack of interior angle is due to engineering constraints or lack of parts to perform them on - I see at least 2 fairly obvious places where they should go on a 6119, and a lot more on the 5224. Now, I think the 5224 is still a beautiful movement and a cool concept that has interested me moreso than any recent patek, but I really feel it was an opportunity missed for some interior angles on those bridges.
Would patek have added in those interior angles if the 5224 was designed in the 90s? Not sure. But I do know that you get interior angles on both of VC's calatrava competitors, the 1400 and the 4400...
