Where on earth (or heaven) can you try a 5959? I used to prefer the white dial too, but lean towards black now if I should pick one today. It is the ultimate Patek in my opinion along with the 5078P (white enemal). However, I struggle with the 5959R with the rose numerals, which I somehow think turns it into a ladies watch (Sorry Patek). But a platinum or steel case with a black or salmon dial is a whole different story and would be an appropriate X-mas present from Mr. Stern or a rich aunt that I don't know. The 5078, near perfect, but size wise 36 or 37mm would be a true winner for me. 7200R London is not a ladies watch, neither in terms of size or design if you ask me. A great and rare reference too.

Well all numerals are Arabic unless they happen to be Roman or in same cases written in a different language. It\'s based on the Arabic numeral system. Within that you would get different calligraphic fonts I would guess.

It is personal, of course, but I have found no shortcomings
Aside from the size of the cushion case, it is very thin and very comfortable to wear. I had a crush on the 5940g for some time, and just could not seem to shake it. I finally gave in, and have not looked back. True romance. One of my favorite pieces.
