IMO both are good choices. Decision for me will come down to :
1 - which one fits better on your wrist and what is your preference ? a smaller or larger watch and which size suits your lifestyle more
2 - whether you like the concentric guilloche pattern or basket weaving guilloche more
3 - which types of hand you like more ? The sword hands of 5110 or northern star hands of the 5320

Actually I didn't know that the 5110 doesn't have it, I noticed when I tried it on and I must admit that it's a nice red touch.

The 5110 has the more beautiful dial and case imo. Indeed, the design is just about perfect. And it's the original Patek WT after decades of it not being offered
That's the one I'd go for unless you feel that you'd strongly prefer the 38.5mm case size size of the 5230.

I've never seen the other versions in person but the G is beautiful. 37mm is a bit small to me, but I love the way it sits on my wrist, it has a very nice vintage look.

The good thing here is that you can't go wrong. Both are beautiful. Having said that...

I always check it and it's incredible how the manufacturers try to "hide" the size difference, although most of the times it's a "no go" for me.
If you throw the 5110P into the mix than that's the one I would go for. No question

As for the metal, I would have preferred P, but I got hooked by the white dial of the G. It's nice on pictures, but in person is really captivating. And I believe that it contributes to the overall look of the watch on the wrist, making it look a fraction...

I went by my AD today and ordered both the gray matte strap and the black matte with grey stitching.
They had that 5205G in stock so I was able to see it on the watch, and it looks great! I’ll post pictures when I get them in. I’m excited! 😁
