A brilliant read.
Installment one was actually the reason I joined WPS. LPPC and cbb are legends. I hope their stories get a reprise as I could read about them for hours. They (and you) may not know it, but you all had a part in shaping my (far much less grandiose) collecting journey and furthering my passion for Patek Philippe.

cbb's brother Khun Nick was sadly only in his early 60s :-( Since he is the eldest, he knew more about
his father's journey and was so generously in sharing his family's horological history with me on a video call even though he and I had not met previously.
Tragic.

My dad had Vacheron, FP Journe, Lange & Sohn, Ulysse Nardin, Haldiman and Franck Muller, etc. He knew Franck and FP quite well.
