Omega

It’s a GMT Worldtimer

The dial has three different rings. The outer ring is shared between the applied hour indices and the city labels.
The exterior section of the dial includes a circle of global destinations printed in red (GMT), blue ( 1h in summer) and Sedna gold (places without daylight savings).
Inward of that is a ring with the 24 hours display. It rotates over the day and points at the actual time in the 24 cities shown.

With the crown you can stop the seconds and move the 24-hours-ring in the right position, and in addition in another position you can move the hour hand (GMT-function).
