I was able to see this watch in person yesterday
I like the concept, and the working of the bezel and the lever on the back side that you need to pull out to switch the bezel regime to changing the time from winding - is pleasant from tactile perspective. The movement finishing remains the distinguishing point for Minerva in this price category - much more premium vs the likes of Vacheron, etc (just count the inward angles).

A gold bezel will take some wear as it's also the crown. I like 2-tone on some watches but practically, perhaps the bezel in steel may have been "better". Hmmm🤔

I like the overall aesthetic
The dial finishing and layers are really great. The placement of the sub second dial is not too high. I’m assuming hand guilloche ? My complaint here is size. Should be 38-40. The no crown- sort of cool!
I like the Minerva name on the dial.
Now they will have to develop a design identity on their own with a clear differentiation to MB !
