The insight (not logical answer) to 1 and 2 is the following: they also have never marketed their artisan fountain pens on their website (online offline through events, booklets, ...). So to me as a really long-standing fountain pen collector this is no surprise with the watches. I cannot tell you honestly, why they don't care to market products above 20k Euro online but for sure there is a reason and I will enquire with them next time.
