The Kew A is many many many things fantastic and important and historic and…

one thing it is not - beautiful.

I have seen it in person and it's owner agreed with me - it's not a beautiful watch. It's a small oyster case with a plain dial. It's the heart that beats inside which is 'beautiful'

I believe all Kew A watches actually competed in observatory trials. This is real horological history.
