Independents

and why not?

Not at all!))) It does not matter how many pieces there are, of course.  Although probably you cannot make too many with this watch, at least at this period of time. As it raises to many questions even here at this forum. Saying unique I mean that its one a kind, that you cannot find any other watch on the market which has the same concept of linear time indication, this particular movement that obviously took many hours of design and engineering. Anyone, even those who dislike the look, will appreciate the originality of its construction. And after, it is just the question of your preferences in what an ideal watch is for you.  If your hearts beats for Kari, or F.P.Journe, or Dufour, or event Peter Speak-Marine, then you will say this Urwerk is way too much for one wrist. And it will be fair for you. You will also say its too flashy, it catches too much attention. But if you are into more avant-garde solutions and you find exciting wearing things that look a bit crazy, such things as Meccanico of de Grisogono, or WX-1 of DeWitt, or the Dream watch of De Bethune, or OPUS 9, or any creations of MB&F - its another story, you will just fall in love with CC1! And this is the case with me. I can go on, but I think I will stop myself)))
