I’m not laughing at the situation. But it’s true that Rolex is synonymous with wealth amongst the public. I think if you put a person wearing a Roger smith or Dufour and a person wearing a sea dweller in a lineup and asked a man on the street to pick the watch they’d steal the answer would be 90+ percent the Rolex.

In total agreement here as well....
Part of the reason why I still drive a twelve year old Ford truck instead of buying a brand-new $70+K F-150.... That and the fact that I don't own any yellow or rose gold watches which can draw some attention by themselves....
