That is an indubitable achievement, I am exceedingly confident that degree was significantly more demanding than my MBA, and just like yourself, I was never a naturally gifted mathematician despite having both parents who were scientists with exceptional math skills - by far the biggest embarrassment of my lifetime! Anyhow, in relation to your question for us, I would subjectively be most inclined to look at Longines' offerings, to me most of their watches are beautiful and really well made, and they likewise have aviation inspired designs.... Sinn is a good brand, serious watches not flashy, very tough in Stainless or Titanium

Swiss made with America heritage. They got a couple of aviation theme watch and other models with dual time function. You still can buy a Nomos or even a Sinn with $5k budget plus a bit more. 😜
