For me, the top of my list is one that I am happy to wait for patiently until it is absolutely right. The perfect 5512.
Being Rolex-centric, I have built my collection around certain themes. Many of those themes are close to closed. But as a collection, the big hole I have is on what many would consider the iconic pair of 5512 and 5513. I own neither yet both are almost intrinsic to my collection. So for me, a perfect 5512 is the aim. The beauty is, I am in no desperate hurry to find it. I will happily wait until the one that is destined for me arrives. Almost certainly, I will buy other watches before the 5512 arrives. But that is what makes it such a delicious target.
Another hole in my collection is a vintage Milgauss. A 1019 would also be a major target in Rolex world.
Outside of Rolex, where would I begin!!!

Triple Calendar doesn't change automatically the date when a month is 30 days.
I mean that, forv example, April is 30 days. Not 31. So you will have to set the date to reach the 1st of May, while an annual calendar does it for you ( except the month of February, which is the only month you wil have to set the date by yourself ), at ...
