You know, I am mostly a fan of simple(r) watches, usually not interested in anything more complicated than a chrono, although I have owned several perpetuals and one chrono-perpetual... I am a fan of minimalism generally, but then something like the Sarpaneva Kaamos catches my imagination and I can't tell you what!
To me, this watch is not at all 'simple'. Look at it! But I know what you mean, it's time and date only.
This watch makes me think of those apocalypse movies where cool gadgets abound, except in 'my' movie, the gadget is a hand made watch.
the dimensional look of the dial is fascinatiing to me, and Noooooooo, I would never lose the date wheel on this watch! It's equally fascinating!

Triple Calendar doesn't change automatically the date when a month is 30 days.
I mean that, forv example, April is 30 days. Not 31. So you will have to set the date to reach the 1st of May, while an annual calendar does it for you ( except the month of February, which is the only month you wil have to set the date by yourself ), at ...
