RIP Hans
He inspired me to explore Asia after I read his article about Hong Kong and Japan ("The Colors of Asia") on his Chronometrie blog. That was 13 years ago! When I visited Hong Kong for the first time in 2006 I tried to find all the Rolex signs he took pictures of in his article. I was also hunting for the Explorer-like Orient Star he bought in Japan. Never did find it.
Rest in Peace Hans.
