I had the great pleasure of meeting Hans
This is truly sad news for the horological world, but much more so for the friends and family of a truly fine gentleman. One of the warmest, kindest individuals you could meet, who shared his passion with many, and was ahead of his time in ways already mentioned. I had little opportunity to spend time with him, but will never forget one small dinner sharing conversation and watches in Zurich, a soft-spoken passionate man who left a large impression.
