Patek 6119G vs. Laurent Ferrier galet square vs. Vacheron American

I have been debating getting a fromal dress watch for a while, but always tend to be side tracked and I end up getting something sportier as that fits my lifestyle and tastes, now that the collection has grown I really do think its time to anchor the whole thing down with something a bit more understated.
After much thought I have it down to these three models:
Here are my brief feelings on all three:
The Patek is the refrence dress watch par excellence, no doubt. An easy choice that is sure to fill the role and a wonderfull execution as per usual from Patek. It would also improve my purchase history with my boutique and increase my chances of getting rare sought after sport models in the future. It however does not move me emotionally as it is a safe choice rather than a true object of desire.
The LF is a very interesting watch, and would add Salmon to my collection which I am missing at the moment. I am just starting to dabble into independants and this seems like a great way to do so, I have very little info about the brand or model, and a little hesitant to buy due to future value considerations. It does however seem like a great way to branch out and really is a stunner.
The Vacheron is what I would normaly choose, a cool and unique design that is still dressy and can pass with comfort in any black tie event (like I ever go to any...) but it is the most expensive of the three and would require foregoing other purchases this year, it also overlaps to a degree with my recent purchase of EP Complete Calendar.
I keep going back and forth, but at this very moment the LF seems like the contender, the Patek in second place, but the Vacheron keeps rearing its head. Always interested in hearing the community feedback and advice!
