Great and difficult quesiton!
So my ultimate grail is a bespoke watch that has flexible lugs so that it sits comfortable on the wrist and both sides of the watch can be worn (like Bovet Amadeo or the De bethune reversible) and each face has several functions. Some of the functions I would like are 1. Hour chime ( every hour, plays a tune via chimes, like a clock so not a minute repeater or a grand sonnaire as it does not tell the time, just as every hour passes) 2. Dual time zones 3. World time (with a representation of the entire globe like VC or Bovet) 4. Planaterium 5. Water tide 6. Moon phase 6. Spherical spring (the last two or even three are the least important). I want the case to be concaved at the sides like the Julien coudray but then engraved. I would like the second hand to be on a sapphire disc like the Kari rectangle watch. It would be awesome to incorporate some guilloche for the dial and a side window for the ballencr wheel. Then the watch will have a bracelet like what Piaget does for their jewellery!but an already made grail watch, probably a Masahiro Kikuno, Debethune or Bovet, one of these three but leaning towards the last two.

Yes, i thought the grey plasma ceramic was actually titanium. They got the grey in a realistic colour. Quite sad the titanium bathyscaphes are discontinued now.
