Good point!

Good point and good question. I actually don't know - as I didn't really know much about Tag Heuer (it's never been a popular brand on this forum) a few years back. I've only recently gotten to know Tag a little bit through Frederic from two years ago in Geneva and two days ago from meeting with a regional director at Tag. So I have to admit, I don't know much. Coincidentally, I sat at a luncheon yesterday with JCB and didn't even think of asking him about Tag Heuer - I try not to bother these celebrities unless I have something specific to ask - and you wouldn't believe the amount of people who want to take a photo with these poor people and how often they get interrupted and yet have to be gracious and smile for the camera - I'm not sure I could do that literally 10 times an hour! I didn't want to bother Rexhepi - but he actually spotted me and came to me to say hello! Again, some people are genuinely nice fellas.
Back to Tag. Seems now that the idea has shifted and the "Management" wants to bring Tag Heuer upmarket. They plan to invest a lot of time and money into creating new movements, complications, and they've established "four pillars" that they want to focus on. Obviously motorsports and chronographs will be a continued theme. So expect to see some unusual chronographs like the one that has the second hand that speeds up and slows down on the dial that was recently announced.
