Breguet

That is great to know Spangles!

I know the London boutique would not do it though, so credit to the NYC boutique although I would have thought that there should be a standard policy among all the boutiques. I have no idea how many Breguet watches have been produced since Abraham Louis started making them in the 1780s but he had a 50 to 60 year head start on Patek and unless Breguet's production was non continuous, that is quite a huge task. If Breguet can actually restore and service any of their older watches, I would be tempted to buy a 170 to 200 year old pocket watch and leave it with them for a few years to restore. At least I would know it was in the best of hands.
