My opinion
Is that it is difficult to unilaterally categorize which brands have the best finishing as not all brands finish every piece with the same level of details so standards do vary even within the same brand. And on top of the mentioned larger manufactures, there are many independents who arguably have pieces with better finishing but admittedly of course at considerably higher prices points. Then you have GS and Credor, which imho have the same or better finishing than many top tier Swiss and German manufactures at a fraction of their prices.
My opinion is that timepieces, as with many other objects of art, cannot and should not be assessed using only technical criteria as many of us fall in love with our watches due to a lot more than the movement's finishing. To proclaim one brand as "superior; to another to me would be like saying French cuisine is better than Italian or Chinese cuisine better than Japanese. It is just not possible to qualify statements like that.
