Exactly...this direction seems needless to most of us but I guess its remains unexplored. There is a huge fan base of these memorabilia - Comics, suits, costumes, cars, props fetch millions amongst collectors. Disney/Marvel is now milking this franchise..
...putting out some real (gud n bad) content. it is sure bet as far as ROI is concerned. But this moves impact on Brand equity remains to be seen.

I never would have thought that a member of the so called trinity would make a comic book watch that if I saw in Walmart toy section I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for as a gift for my son. They should be embarrassed imho. But that is just my opinion.
The metiers d'art, haute horologie and case making of this piece are at the highest level. Don't care for the design, no problem, but to characterize the piece in this way insults the craftsmen who made it imho.
