the movement melted inside the case and they need to supply a brand new one this is OUTRAGEOUS. I’m just going to say it straight…Richemont is suckering high end owners…period. That is why I returned my JLC…crappy workmanship coupled with crummy customer service and Andrea is right…Rolex (or for me Omega)..they are daring you (in the snobbiest of ways) to complain about the price. Some people love to buy for this reason…I do not. 🙅🏻‍♂️
