From a technical standpoint, it is simply brilliant
Zenith has nailed it with the much improved enhancements to its half-century old El Primero. Maybe a few tweaks to the design: 39-40mm instead of 41mm Drop the date for a more symmetrical dial layout Change the 5mins interval marking from black to normal ...

People want the Daytona but Rolex won't produce nearly enough. Prices are approx. $29K for a white dial and $26K for a black dial on the secondary market. MSRP is a little above $13K. Everybody's mad but they all have their names on this supposed "waiting...

Could you explain? The chrono times at 1/10 of a second due to a 5hz movement.
The central chrono seconds hand is literally connected directly to the escapement.
Take away the ceramic bezel and NOBODY will refer to a Daytona
1 mm bigger Completely different case Overlapping subdials Typically coloured zenith subdials No screw down pushers Date ..... Because of a similar ceramic bezel it isn’t a Daytona Anyway I love this one
How you could mistake the Tri Colour layout for a different brand is beyond me... and the 1/100 th indications on the bezel really is different too. A 3 register chronograph with black bezel in a round case
will always look similair but i think, especially for all the connaiseurs/wis here you can spot the difference at Covid length !
I must reckon that I quite like it, and I have even considered calling my AD to order one
But I have decided to remove my finger from the trigger at the moment. I would definitely like to see it in the flesh soon, and who knows what will happen afterwards...
