A few polished screws, a clean up - my watchmaker can do this and it will cost few hundred $$. No shock resistance either. In fact in the press release they say that they wanted to keep the special movements mostly intact. All very sensible ... Except it could have been done by zenith, and Kari's name is only been used to justify the price.
Ignoring everything else, a beautiful watch. But such contribed "collaborations" do leave a bad taste ...
I am of course not the only one who would love for zenith to revive 135 in some not so limited chronometer watch. But if that happens, how would the buyers of those 10 watches feel ... ?
