My latest acquisition is this Moser Endeavor Small Seconds
i have always admired H.Moser watches but didn't pool the trigger in prior years due to other targets and also way back in 2012 I was concerned with the future of the brand.
Fast forward to 2015... I have grown to be a collector who follows my heart more than my head and not over analyze things! I just buy what I like and can afford now and things like "value" are more intrinsic than tangible to me these days 
I would say I have learned a lot for many PuristS here who show me this spirit of enjoying our hobby and not think of this as an investment or resale game.
Some pics of my Moser Endevaor Small seconds, previously known as Mayu. A lovely watch with the very nice signature Fume dial from Moser. Lovely case and movement too. When I was shown this piece with pink gold and fume dial, i know I have to get it!! Resistance is futile lol!
The dial plays with light very well and that is why I love Moser's fume dial so much!

I'm always amazed by the HUGE creative process that happened during the 60's and 70's. If I was a watch designer, I should be in deep trouble to keep up with those guys. Everything is so balanced, love the GP logo at 9. Perfect. Cheers, Nilo

Hi Thanks - it has what a lot of sixties watches have. A smaller size than current and also a bit of restraint. I know that lots of current watches have it too, but I think sometimes as size increases its harder to achieve. Thanks JML

Or better, several tries. You get used to big watches, but you can also get used to smaller ones. You will see. I have a " normal " wrist ( 17 cm ) and I can wear watches from 32 mm up to 47 mm without any problem. Try! Best, Nicolas

Thanks for the compliments These Habring's are great. Every one that I tried felt right, and it was a matter of what suited my taste best, which in PuristS tradition...a clean, time only, manual winding movement...that worked best for me.

Not the latest acquisition but the latest arrival
I have two more incoming but both will arrive too late for this week's wrist scan. So here goes, a Grand Seiko SBGX097, with a dark green dial (not that you can tell from the pics) ...
One is an experiment, the other well known and often collected :)
Not helping much, am I? But I do promise a post on both as they arrive. The first one could come today if I am lucky, the other one will take about a week plus customs formalities.
