Start with the chrome peacock, La Pavoni Europiccola grind with the Zassenhaus... tamp and extract manually... and hopefully a beautiful espresso arrives (the beans are key). HAGWE! ...

I used to be a diehard fan of Faema's (I've had an E87 automatic machine, and still have a 2 group Faema Urania (completely rebuilt in the 90s) taking up space because, and then I got this... it did it for me ! :)

I would absolutely call this a tropical.
For me the distinction is tropical vs color change. Color change is just that no imperfections while tropical covers a very wide range. I will post my thoughts to close the loop on the tropical discussion. Maybe later today. Bill
