Me either, but I never bought one in the first place ...

My daughter is an avid iPod user and when her old PC started acting up I bought her a new one and she transferred all of her music from the old PC to the new one. Her iPod recognized that the PC was different and would no longer accept downloads from it and her iTunes account did the same ...she could not download songs to her new PC.

After talking to way too many people we finally reached the top banana, or so we were told, and his reply was "...just buy a new iPod and get a new iTunes account". Sort of an official "screw you".

Apple reminds me of what my high school football coach often said. He was a real sarcastic SOB and often told us "...you guys may be small, but at least you're slow". That's how I think of Apple ...the stuff may be overpriced, but at least it stinks.

Hey, I have a new slogan for them: Apple ...we're not happy until you're not happy.

but when u ONLY have a touch screen on a phone, given the size of our fingers, that just doesn't make sense. IPhone's screen is bigger, but the touch screen part of the keyboard is still too small. Even Steve Jobs made some typos (he fixed them of course)...

We converted to Mac at home a couple years ago and have been completely problem free. Let's hope it stays that way. But I must say, our experience overall has been excellent.
