But in the States we have 5 Hour Energy which does the trick for me. I mix it in with a sports drink like Gatorade and it has been a trusty companion for many all nighters.

my wife drinks chocolate brewed in a French press like coffee in the morning. It does not bother her the way coffee does and is a real pick-me-up in the morning.

In india, we brew tea with honey, ginger cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom for 5 minutes. Its very refreshing and energizing drink. They say it keeps you safe from mamy coronavirus infections too.
I think we refer to this as a TONIC
which is like a shot of ginseng or that type thing, and it does help for 10-15 mins...
Interesting topic. My adrenaline level was so high due to my job I never needed stimulants.
Excessive adrenaline levels long term however are not healthy so I don't recommend that. Find something that gets you excited and take a five minute break to focus on it from time to time.
Have you tried ginseng root tea?
Lots of products claim to have ginseng. But I wonder how much is actually used. I use American ginseng and I take a few root slices and add to boiling water. Then I add honey to taste. I think it gives some energy and focus.
