Does work for me. Anecdotal evidence, sample size of 1, me! It has a positive effect on my workouts, clear difference between days I've taken it or not taken it. That said, fairly large dose, enough to turn my urine a bright yellow. And it might just be a placebo effect, I guess.


With yohimbine, be careful as I've heard it can raise blood pressure. Maybe try ginseng, as well? Ginseng and cordyceps take longer to work, though, from what I hear, so not really a substitute for caffeine per se.
