I agree that some people may have difficulties in the beginning !
I had the LG "Prada" phone in my hands and it feels pretty good to me eventough it doesnt have Apple's "Multi Touch" techology that allows to use 3 fingers...
I tell you this, I can't wait to throw my Blackberry in the garbage... That's all it deserves!
A Richard Mile iPhone is #1 on my wishlist...

I don't want to be the devil's associate, BUT you can't say you don't want to hear about touch screen therefor it is the future... heard about microsoft's SURFACE ?
touch screen is obviously the future IMO
but when u ONLY have a touch screen on a phone, given the size of our fingers, that just doesn't make sense. IPhone's screen is bigger, but the touch screen part of the keyboard is still too small. Even Steve Jobs made some typos (he fixed them of course)...

We converted to Mac at home a couple years ago and have been completely problem free. Let's hope it stays that way. But I must say, our experience overall has been excellent.
