It actually borne with an Oyster but I switched it with the Pepsi and I like it much better this way… Years of memories and travels, I could never part with it! ...

Holy moly aqua. But very honest you told it now to the community. Personally i am very straight to watch brands like brand A is bad and brand B is the best. I kept always a carte blanche for the crown, while i cannot decide if i want to pay for the watch ... 

I liked the idea of the Sub a lot more than the actual watch itself in every day practice. If I ever come back , perhaps I’ll try the 14060

I can narrow it down as follows: Vintage=1665 Double Red Sea-Dweller (or maybe a 6542 GMT, or maybe a 1675 GMT). But okay, I'll settle on a 1665. Modern=Rainbow Daytona (specifically rose gold with black dial and gold flake subdials, either 116595RBOW or ... 

Oyster perpetual 36mm with silver dial and single battons, gold hands. (The watch almost exist now, but with double batton on 3-6-9). Land dweller with smooth bezel, no numerals, blue dial, no date, and two tone yellow gold and steel. White dial (polar) e...  

I would be tempted... that Land Dweller deserves better versions!

I will be strongly tempted on Land Dweller if they make the right dial for me. Luckily I am not in hurry and could wait as long as possible because I don't want to play with ADs.

I don't have one yet but I am saving for one at the moment, hopefully next year I have the funds to buy one. They are probably the most "un-Rolex" Rolex model and that is what I like so much about them. Simple and IMHO the most beautiful and well-balanced... 

I had the same thought about the 1016 for a long time, but then found myself pivoting to the much odder 1655. I've still never owned a 1016 either but exactly: simple, beautiful, well-balanced.
