it nurtured imagination more than today. I still remember looking at these pictures, dreaming of these watches more then 30 years ago. Somehow made me dream more back then compared with the information overflow of today. Br, Dirk

There was really no one to share this guilty pleasure with.. It was easier to share Playboy favorites with friends than share your enthusiasm over a watch.. a mechanical one at that during the era of quartz. Going to a watch store never even crossed my mi...

I really like those old Rolex advertisements. I also took some of them from magazines. And as you wrote at that time it was much more difficult to see them on computer. Connections were rather slow and while trying to open a large pic on the computer scre...
